Our Junior Programmes combine learning English
with having fun in a beautiful village in the heart of Wicklow.
The students stay with local host families all
known personally to us. The programme includes:

• Full board accommodation in local carefully
chosen families. One nationality per family if required.

• 15 hours tuition per week, certificate upon completion
of course.

• Activities programme every afternoon, some including
local children.

• Mini-tour every Wednesday afternoon.

• Evening entertainment programme two evenings per week

• Tours every Saturday

• Transfers to and from Dublin Airport

Students are accommodated with local families. Besides being a real cultural experience it also gives the students the chance to hear and practise English in a natural environment. The families are visited and inspected by our co-ordinator in advance. These families are carefully selected and only the best are chosen. Some families are located in the town and others in the countryside surrounding the town.

Students may have a single room or may share with another student of a different nationality or a member of the family or a similar age (and same gender!). The families provide breakfast, a packed lunch and evening meal for the students.

Our programme is designed to be fun and to give the students the opportunity to enjoy activities they may not normally do. Organised activities take place every weekday from 2.15 pm to 5.15 pm.

There are sports such as Basketball, Soccer, Gaelic Football and Hurling. Local children are invited to participate in these games. Students also enjoy Irish Céili Dancing, the Video Club, treasure hunts, Irish songs and Arts and Crafts.

The Activities are designed to keep the children entertained while at the same time improving their English.
We encourage local children to participate in some activities and the school plays the local soccer team in a friendly “international” match.

The activities also give the students an appreciation of Irish life and culture which will remain with them forever.

Our tours depart every Saturday at 10am and return around 6pm. The tours combine sightseeing, culture and fun activities. All activities on the tours are included in the overall price.
• Dublin Tour: Guinness Storehouse, Sightseeing & Shopping
• Kilkenny City Tour
• Wicklow and South Dublin Tour: Powerscourt House, Dun Laoghaire & Dundrum Shopping Centre

There is a Mini-Tour every Wednesday afternoon:
• Glendalough - the valley of the two lakes - famous for its scenery, rich history, archaeology and abundant wildlife (one of the most visited places in Ireland)
• Greenan Farm & Glenmalure
• Brittas Bay (one of the finest most popular beaches on the East Coast that has 5km stretch of beautiful white sand dunes)

Every Tuesday and Friday night we organise entertainment for all student, such as:
• Karaoke
• Movie
• Bowling
• Irish music night
